Our privately owned and maintained family caravan is a 3 year old Abi Roselle 36ft long x 12ft wide 3 bedroom holiday home with large decking/patio area. There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms and a fold out double bed in the lounge for occasional use. The van is fully double glazed and has central heating throughout as well as a gas fire in the lounge.

The lounge and dining area are adjoining providing a good sized living space with digital TV, DVD player, DVD's and a Wii with games and an IPod docking station with an MP3 CD player.

The kitchen is seperate and there are ample dishes for inside and outdoor use and utensils for all your cooking needs, a full size domestic 4 burner cooker oven and grill, toaster, microwave, kettle as well as a fridge freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and laundry airing rack.

The bathroom is of good size with a walk-in shower, basin, WC and shaver point.

The decking/patio area has a table, chairs, parasol and a BBQ for outside dining on those beautiful summer nights and a slide and swing for the kids.

All bedding, linen and towels are provided.

The caravan has only ever been used by family and has been well kept, we only decided to start letting it out in 2012.
